Driven by the technical requirements of our customers, we have built up a very strong position in the field of endoscopy over the years. Thanks to the many different requirements of the components we inspect with the endoscope, we have gained extensive know-how.
We have the right endoscope for almost every application. From simple endoscopes with flexible probes in all variations and boroscopes to high-precision, precisely specified video endoscopes with HD resolution and many other features. Applications range from control housings with a large number of cross holes and intersections to high-precision medical technology components. We adapt our inspection processes and the required premises precisely to your requirements.
Requirements in industry continue to rise, which is why endoscopy and video endoscopy are becoming increasingly relevant. We continuously train new staff specifically for this field of application so that we can implement all customer projects and every request. In this area, too, we do not shy away from large quantities or the ever-increasing time pressure in industry and the automotive sector.
Of course, we can provide you with ongoing documentation of all our activities, with razor-sharp images and a defect evaluation tailored to you. You will receive it from us daily or at an agreed interval, as you wish.
All components that we inspect with the endoscope or videoscope can also be reworked using specially manufactured fixtures and tools. We work extensively with diamond-coated grinders and pneumatic / compressed-air tools. Thanks to our cooperation partners, we are able to have the right tool designed or adapted for almost any complex rework.
