The SCHuMET team will be happy to take over the emergency management on your behalf at your or your customer's site. If necessary, we can also send a resident to you or your customer / supplier at any time with the know-how selected for your needs.
As a rule, with this approach we can avoid further problems between you and your supplier or customer. Because things often look different from a third perspective and can often be eliminated through small changes and adjustments.

The problems can be analyzed on site and, with your support, converted into a solution plan.
If you or your customer have an acute incident, we can support you immediately with our task force teams.

We join your processes and organize an immediate test of the parts that are in production or production-related warehouses. At the same time, all other stocks are localized and checked together with your support.

It often makes sense to pick up the stocks and check them in SCHuMET's own location. Deliveries that are already on their way to the customer can be rerouted to SCHuMET. After an inspection, the parts can be delivered as OK parts. In addition, we would like to give you the support in developing and implementing an action plan. So these problems can be avoided in the future.

Microblast Technique

Microblast Technique allows us to treat surfaces very gently or to clean them. With the dry and finely adjusted microblast process, the precisely-defined grains of 40μm or bigger are shot at the surface by compressed air.
