If an acute quality problem arises or there are quality issues that can only be detected by a permanently installed inspection, it makes sense to install a Q-Gate. This is part of our service portfolio. Within a very short time, we can install a Q-Gate at your site or at your supplier’s, or take over a Q-Gate that is already running.
With a Q-Gate, it is essential to coordinate the processes together in advance or, if they do not exist yet, to define them. Here, too, we are happy to create suitable work instructions or test instructions.
We have the right equipment for such cases and can therefore react quickly. Another SCHuMET standard is that we keep the customer who commissioned the Q-Gate informed of the current status at all times without being asked and, if required, also compile various statistics.
