The History of SCHuMET GmbH
 

2008

Rüdiger Schneider founded the SCHuMET GmbH in Reutlingen together with a partner.

2009

His partner exits the company, handing over 100% of the shares to Rüdiger Schneider

2010

With the DIN EN ISO 9001 certificate, an important foundation is laid to become a diversified quality management services business. The certificate is not only the basis for constant improvement but is also an important instrument in making internal processes more transparent and raising client satisfaction.

2014

Patric Schneider employs full-time in the family business.

2015

We moved into our own premises in Kusterdingen-Mähringen, which has been a major expansion. With our larger testing areas, as well as state-of-the-art facilities and storage spaces, we can react more flexible and even quicker to our clients’ needs.

2016

Patric Schneider together with Rüdiger Schneider taking over the management.

2018

The inclusion of the renowned family business ISP in the SCHuMET GmbH is made and with it the development of an even more effective service model.

2018

In april Patric Schneider takes over the sole managment of the SCHuMET GmbH.

2019

Since 2019, SCHuMET GmbH has been the only company in Germany to offer training as a quality specialist in the field of production testing technology. Thanks to the specially trained employees, we were able to expand our portfolio again.

2021

In 2021, Schumet will take a step further in the direction of digitization with the introduction of its own EAP system and thus an important step further in the direction of Industry 4.0.
With the introduction of this system, all processes at SCHuMET are digitized and improved. From now on, all internal company processes will be brought together in a uniform EAP system.

2021

Enlargement of the company building by adding a hall

2022

2022 starts with a change in the management team at SCHuMET.
Now the new managing director of SCHuMET GmbH is Philipp Rohling.
The operative management on site in Kusterdingen-Mähringen has been taken over by Patrick Hartl and Aric Lau since 01.01.2022.

Since then, our field of services has grown constantly to support our clients with our expertise in various areas.
